i.) All original content on Koffeene is the property of Koffeene ApS unless stated otherwise. This includes texts, the flavour classification system, recipe methodology, flavor based brew guide, database structure and how the content is organised.
ii.) You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
iii.) You may quote short excerpts if you clearly name Koffeene as the source.
iv.) Any other copying, republishing or commercial use of substantial parts of the content or database needs prior written permission.
2.) Automated Access and AI
i.) Automated collection of content (scraping, crawling, harvesting, mirroring) is not allowed without prior written permission. Normal search engine indexing of public pages is allowed.
ii.) Content from Koffeene may not be used to train, fine-tune or test AI or machine learning models, or be added to datasets for this purpose, without a written licence agreement with Koffeene ApS. Koffeene ApS expressly reserves its rights for text and data mining.
